Dear New International Students,

Welcome to Jiangnan University! Please carefully read the following information regarding your registration and arrive on time to complete the enrollment procedures.

I. Registration

(A) Registration Dates

Thursday, September 4, 2025, and Friday, September 5, 2025

(B) Registration Venue

Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Chunyuan Apartment, Lihu Campus

(C) Registration Process

1.On the day of registration, enter the campus through the East Gate (1800 Lihu Avenue) or South Gate (Intersection of Zhenze Road and Jinxi Road) with your Admission Letter and passport.(Note: The South Gate is recommended, as Chunyuan Apartment is located to the right after entering from the South Gate).

2.Proceed to the 2nd-floor meeting room of Chunyuan Apartment to complete the following steps:

Verification of registration materials

Confirmation of payment records (tuition fees, accommodation fees) and insurance purchase

Information registration

Collection of the official letter for residence permit application (visa processing)

Collection of materials

Accommodation assignment

Reporting to your academic school/department for student registration and academic advising.

(D) Required Registration Materials

1.Admission Letter(original and photocopy)

2.*Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202/JW201 Form)* (original and photocopy)

3.Passport (original and photocopy. If your passport was renewed after admission, present both the new and old passports.)

4.Four (4) recent passport-sized photos with a white background

5.Highest academic diploma and degree certificate (original and photocopy)

6.Academic transcripts of your highest qualification (original and photocopy)

(E) Additional Notes

1.Registration procedures must be completed in person by the student; proxies are not permitted. Students must pay all tuition and other fees before or on the registration day; failure to do so will prevent completion of registration.

2.New students must report to the university within the specified period with theJiangnan University Admission Letter. If unable to report on time, you must submit a written explanation and request for leave to the universitybeforethe registration date. Leave is generally granted for no more than two weeks. Students who fail to report without prior approval or exceed the approved leave period (except for force majeure or other legitimate reasons) will be deemed to have forfeited their admission.

II. Service Guide

(A) Travel Directions to Campus

1.Airports:

Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG):Take an airport bus to Wuxi Central Bus Station, or transfer via Shanghai Railway Station / Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to Wuxi Railway Station / Wuxi East Railway Station via high-speed rail.

Wuxi Shuofang International Airport (WUX):Take a taxi directly to the university, or take Metro Line 3 to Wuxi Railway Station, then transfer to Metro Line 1 to Jiangnan University Station (East Gate) or Changguangxi Station (South Gate).

2.Railway Stations / Central Bus Station:

Wuxi Railway Station (North/South Square) / Wuxi Central Bus Station:Take Metro Line 1 to Jiangnan University Station (East Gate) or Changguangxi Station (South Gate).

Wuxi East Railway Station:Take Metro Line 2 to Sanyang Plaza Station, then transfer to Metro Line 1 to Jiangnan University Station (East Gate) or Changguangxi Station (South Gate).

(B) Airport Pickup Service

The university will arrange centralized pickup service from Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) onSeptember 3rd and 4th. Two shuttle buses will operate daily from PVG to the campus, departing at12:00 noonand9:00 pm.

(C) Other Information

This guide offers comprehensive assistance to ensure a smooth enrollment and adaptation to university life.
