Not necessarily. Your admission finally depends on the official admission notice and visa application from School of International Education.
15. What procedure do I need to go through to get transferred to Jiangnan university from my current school?
To get transferred to our university, self-sponsored students need apply through https://jiangnan.17gz.org directly. Diploma students have to start from the beginning of the corresponding program since we don’t accept credit transfer from other schools. As a winner of CSC Scholarships, you need to obtain a school transfer approval letter from your current school. After receipt of your application, we have to submit your documents to China Scholarship Council for approval before you could get transferred to our university.
