按照上级有关疫情防控和春季学期开学工作相关精神，根据《江南大学2023年春季学期开学和疫情防控工作方案》，现就做好春季学期开学返校报到工作通知如下：
In accordance with the spirits of relevant department on epidemic prevention and control and the spring semester opening, and according to the Plan for the Spring Semester Opening and Epidemic Prevention and Control of Jiangnan University in 2023, the notice of registration for the spring semester is as follows:
一、返校时间 Back-to-school time
本科生2月11-12日报到，研究生2月12日报到，2月13日起正式上课。因学业、科研等需提前返校的学生可按照要求申请提前返校。
Undergraduate students need to register on February 11-12, graduate students on February 12, and classes will begin on February 13. Students who need to return to school earlier for academic and scientific research can apply for early return to school as required.
二、返校安排 Back-to-school arrangement
1、行前健康自测。返校前一周，每日开展体温测量和新型冠状病毒感染相关临床症状观察等健康自测，如出现发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛等症状，须通过抗原或核酸检测，排除新型冠状病毒感染的可申请返校；如检测结果确认感染病毒，须如实报告，暂缓返校。因故无法按期返校的，须按要求办理请假手续，做好线上课程学习的准备。
Self-monitoring of health before travel. One week before returning to school, students should take body temperature measurement and observe clinical symptoms related to novel coronavirus infection every day. If symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue and sore throat appear, they should do antigen or nucleic acid test. Those who are excluded from novel coronavirus infection can apply for returning to school. If the test results confirm the infection of the virus, it is necessary to report truthfully and suspend the return to school. Those who cannot return to school on time for some reason shall apply for leave as required and be prepared for online course study.
2、提交返校申请。行前检测正常的同学，通过“校园通”完善“个人健康档案”，填报行程安排等申请返校，由各学院辅导员审核赋进校码。
Submit application for returning to school. Students who are healthy before departure need to complete their personal health records through "xiaoyuantong", fill in the travel arrangements and apply for returning to school, and the school counselor will review and assign the campus code.
3、按时进入校园。返校同学测量体温正常后，从学校东大门、南大门刷码进入校园；若出现发热等症状的，及时采取留观等相应措施。
Come to campus on time. Students should check body temperature, if normal can enter the campus through the east gate and the south gate by swiping the campus code. In case of fever and other symptoms, corresponding measures such as observation should be taken in time.
三、其他注意事项 Other important issues
1、返校途中，请随身携带足量的口罩、速干手消毒剂等个人防护用品，全程佩戴好口罩，不聚集不停留，注意个人卫生，做好个人防护。途中如身体出现发热、干咳、乏力等症状，应当及时就近就医。
On the way back to school, please bring enough personal protective equipment such as face mask and quick-drying hand disinfectant with you. Wear the face mask during the whole journey without gathering or staying, pay attention to personal hygiene and take good personal protection. In case of fever, dry cough, fatigue and other symptoms during the journey, you should seek medical attention at the nearest hospital.
2、返校后一周内，要连续7天开展健康监测，尽量减少聚集性活动，出现新型冠状病毒感染相关临床症状的，须第一时间向学院报告，落实有关防疫措施。
Within one week after returning to school, health monitoring should be carried out for 7 consecutive days and reduce clustered activities. Those with clinical symptoms related to novel coronavirus infection should report to the school in the first time to implement relevant epidemic prevention measures.
3、新学期报到事宜：所有境内学生需携带校园卡于2023年2月13-15日期间在国际教育学院A213办公室打卡报到；境外学生尚未返校的，须线上报到，请等待后续通知。
Registration for the new semester: All students in China need to bring their campus card to register at Office A213 of School of International Education during February 13-15, 2023. Overseas students who have not returned to school are required to register online. Please wait for follow-up notice.
